“Staff was so friendly and lovely, the place was so clean and comfortable with incredible amenities for the price.”

“Stanza pulita con finestra apribile, arredo essenziale e gradevole, doccia grande, biancheria di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente, macchietta per jl caffè e micronde disponili in camera. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da/per aeroporto. L'hotel si trova a dustanza percirribile a piedi da Penña Station da cui si raggiunge la città in pochi minuti. ”

“The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!”

The most expensive hotel on our road trip but our friends were staying so we decided to stay...bad choice. When we got there the 3 counter people would not even acknowledge us. “In-room a/c unit is very loud, we asked them to send maintenance to check it out, and though they said he looked at it nothing changed, said that’s just how it is…”

“Very nice hotel and kept very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly”

“I’ve stayed here before but this time was very disappointing. I stayed 3 nights and never had housekeeping come once. I responded to the text chain from check-in which confirmed I would have house keeping on day 2- nobody ever came. I went to the front desk twice to ask and was told it was added to their list and they still never came. I also had random pending charges on my credit card beyond the security deposit that nobody could explain. As of now, 4 days later they are still pending.”
